Using Boox eReader with Libby

New eReader owners are always so excited to learn about all of their eReaders features and the ways they can benefit from their devices. Here I am going to show you how to borrow books from your local library onto your eReader, and how to use Kindle on an Android based eReader, in my case I am using the Onyx Boox Nova Pro.


Applications:


The Onyx Boox Nova Pro (Nova Pro or NP) is an android based device, it currently runs a version of Android 6 however is planned to be upgraded to Android 9 sometime soon. The Android OS means that the Nova Pro is able to run any compatible Android Application from the Google Play Store, that way you can read on any of the android apps you want!


Libby: Libby is an application and website that local libraries use to loan digital books. You can open the app browse what book you want and read it directly on the app. I will show you how Libby works on the Nova Pro.


1. First you need to download the Libby App, First


2. Now that you have completed to steps to install the app you can run it just like any other Android app. Simply go back home and tap the Libby icon. I will also show you how to use Libby on the device.


So that is it. Just like any other android tablet. You install the app, sign in, and get to reading your favorite books completely free.
